HOW I COULD LIVE UP AGAIN

Many a times one’s life passes through toughest times and complete breakdown occurs so I could not be an exception .My life too passed through the toughest, darkest times and my life completely got de-railed, never thought of , never imagined, never have been sinful in life, cherished every moment in service of common people, dedicated each day and every minute in complete awareness of doing something different for the last man of society but nobody is aware of the GOD’s plans. The phase of pains, stress, loneliness, without nears and dears around, a time that was pure again, very much similar to the life that existed before my birth. This means that I had no existence at all and life that stood at ZERO, was really time to re-think, re- vitalize and re-live. A re-birth, death passing close-by, knocking at my doors many a times and then walking away silently, was a divine game. A hide and seek going on between life and death. Many a times thought to finish the game but tried hard and didn’t allow the death to over-weigh the idea to live-up again. I tried and played the game with 100 % trust in my GOD, blessings of my parents, a love and care from a few relatives and big motivation and care from very few friends.   I cant define the processes of the depression and pains that I underwent but at the same time a divine processes of the CREATOR were spontaneously on. Rebuilding, re-creating, re-living was again difficult but with the Creator’s wish I could live-up again.

I am just making a reference to few tools that I used to defeat the death and controlled my mind to stay back and work to re-build, re-woke, revitalize and re-live.

  1. Getting Up Early

This has been my most favorite task and also in all our sacred books it has been emphatically stressed that one should get up in early morning so that you could complete the maximum process with peaceful mind. There are many advantages of getting up but what I could realize in my life are that leaving the bed as soon as possible gives you little pains in the beginning, especially more in winters but the joy that you receive afterwards if you engage in fruitful activities is much more if compared to the pain of leaving the bed. Second thing that I realized is that our mind start attracting positivity once you get up move around and open the doors or openings of your house. It gives the feeling of winner after few minutes of getting up and creates positive feelings inside.

  1. Taking Water Empty Stomach

      After leaving the bed I take sufficient water empty stomach. I sit on the floor and take 1.5 to 2 liters of water without doing any other activity. Straightway after leaving bed, taking water energises our body and brain start functioning . The process of taking water should be slow and one should take adequate time to take the water in. It helps clean your stomach and it also releases and cleans  our intestines  from the toxins collected during the digestion process of the food that we took during night and yesterday.  I am practicing this technique since 2002 and finding myself comfortable with no constipation, no any kind of dis-order or formation of gases in stomach and more –over instant enrgy to mind and body. It re-leases stress and negative feelings and person gets engaged towards positive thoughts. After few minutes one can head to toilet and get the necessary actions done.

  1. Set On Walk

After emptying our tummy just put on your track suit and walking shoes and set on your morning walk journey . This is my routine and I just move out for walk immediately without thinking for a while or touching my mobile. Please take care while going on walk

  1. Our tummy must be empty
  2. Don’t touch your mobile or check it before you start for walk
  • Don’t carry mobile along and listen to any kind of music.
  1. Don’t talk or engage in gossips or allow any person to accompany you unless he under understands these protocols. This is a time to be with your surroundings, get attached to beautiful green trees and plants, mountains, rivers, birds chirping , flowers and moreover to your body from head to toe. Your body emits signals and talks to you while walking and getting yourself absorbed with the beautiful surroundings that god has created for you. Its possible that you may detect some major defect of problems that might be developing within body during this time and that you may get it diagnosed and cured well before the time it causes some big trouble.
  2. Walking should be of reasonable duration and distance. It should be normally from 3 to 4 kms and not less than 45 minutes otherwise it may have no impact on your body and mind.
  1. Reading Books and Writing a Paragraph

 As soon as I reach back home after at least 4 to 5 kms walk for not less than 45 minutes I take little rest by laying flat on the bed for 5 to 8 minutes I start writing a paragraph. After writing a page about general feelings or anything you wish to write. Time should nb fixed and one should normally complete every activity within stipulated time frame. I normally write anything that I felt while walking or that I felt during last day.

Immediately after finishing a writing of page or paragraph, I start reading books  and finished 12 books during the period of 16 months during the period of distress. Again there should be fixed time for reading and one must read book as much as one can during the given time frame.

  1. Yogasana

 Immediately after finishing book reading and writing a paragraph, I practice few Yogasanas and also do exercise. Yogasanas are the major tools of my life which makes my life disciplined and keeps blood flowing to all parts of my body defeating any possibility of stressful life . If the blood keep flowing , the adequate quantity of oxygen will keep reaching our every cell of body and we will stay fit and healthy without any possibility of falling sick.  After yogasana and exercise, there is set of 3 breathing exercises that I practice everyday without fail. It revitalizes my body and brain and I am able to live-up again.

So I practiced few of these techniques during my period of distress and agony but I exercised high levels of discipline and consistency while practicing all  . Without hard discipline and consistency one cant reach anywhere and people blame others . But it has been amply proved that these practices have power to stop a person from dying and makes us strong from inside and outside both.

CREATOR IS SUPREME, THIS HAS BEEN PROVEN IN MY LIFE. May all live life of peace and gratitude.
